We advise that if you are involved in any sport/activity that may result in an injury to the mouth eg. rugby, football, basketball, baseball, soccer, hockey, skateboarding, gymnastics, mountain biking, that you wear a custom made mouth guard.

A mouth guard typically covers the upper teeth, and are designed to protect against broken teeth, cut lips and other damage to your mouth.

Mouth guards can be made in a large variety of colours and can have a name inserted to prevent any mix-ups (especially useful in team sport situations).

We advise that you clean your mouth guard after each use using a toothbrush and toothpaste and occasionally soak in a mild detergent eg. Milton.

An impression of the teeth will be taken to make a custom built mouth guard that will fit closely to the teeth and be comfortable throughout the period of wear.  this is is simple procedure that can save the need for time consuming, difficult and potentially very expensive dental treatment.
