❌❌Update Tuesday 10th August❌❌
We thank everyone for their continual support and patience through these difficult times. Due to current and recent guidelines on the extended time which is needed between patients to allow any aerosols that may have been generated in dental procedures to settle and thorough cleaning to take place. This has meant that we have a reduced capacity and therefore waiting times for routine appointments are now longer than is ideal. We are however continuing to see dental emergencies as promptly as possible.
We continue to keep the number of patients in the clinic at a minimum and therefore we would be grateful if you arrive at the time of your appointment and wait outside the clinic (at the side disabled entrance) until we come to get you. You will then be escorted straight into a surgery for your appointment. We ask you to wear a face covering in the communal areas of the building until you get into the dental surgery.
After your appointment we will ask you to replace your face covering when you speak to our receptionist and then you will be escorted out the front door of the building.
Before each appointment we are contacting out patients and asking them to complete a medical questionnaire either to be emailed back to us or printed and brought to the surgery, if this is not possible please let us know.
So please bear with us, as our phone line is currently extremely busy, but we assure you that we are doing the best we can.
Obviously if you do have any queries , or problems, and are having difficulties contacting us via our busy phone line, please feel free to email or message us.
We will continue to help anyway we can and thank all our patients for their continued patience and support.
