On 16th September 2023, Ken an Helen embarked on a charity cycle ride from Skye Bridge to Kessock bridge.
The weather was fantastic (apart from the headwind 💨). Which Helen may have mentioned on a few occasions. Thankfully Ken was his normal chivalrous self and drafted her for the 76miles (that’s when he wasn’t pushing her up the hills).
Thankfully the food stops were plentiful and Ken managed to stuff an obscene amount of food in his face throughout the day.
The day was a success and the event even raised over £100000 for local charities.
